What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

All items purchased from our store are made pursuant to a shipment contract with the carrier. This means that the risk of loss and title for these items pass to you once we deliver your package to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. Only applies if Issue is clearly due to mishandling. 

We currently ship domestically within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time. 

For items weighing 5 lbs or less, the base shipping rate is $4.75. 

For items weighing more than 5 lbs, shipping costs may range from $10 to $15, depending on the exact weight of the items in your order. 

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Generally, most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days. 

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey. 

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is damaged in transit, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and tracking information. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
